1. AVAILABLE PLANS

➤ Monthly Subscription (Auto-Renewing)
Duration: 1 month, automatically renewed.
Payment: Monthly, via automatic debit (credit card or direct debit).
Cancellation possible at any time, at least 5 days before the renewal date.

➤ 6-Month Subscription (Prepaid)
Duration: 6 fixed, consecutive months.
Payment: One-time payment at the time of subscription.
No automatic renewal, no refunds in case of voluntary interruption.

➤ 3-Month Subscription (Prepaid)
Duration: 3 fixed, consecutive months.
Payment: One-time payment at the time of subscription.
No automatic renewal, no refunds in case of voluntary interruption.

2. BOOKINGS & ACCESS
Each plan gives access to a defined number of sessions per month, based on the chosen offer.
Only one session can be booked at a time.
In case of double booking attempts, the second slot will be automatically cancelled without compensation.
If slots are available when you arrive, you may enjoy an additional session on-site, without reservation, subject to availability.

3. EXCEPTIONAL CLOSURES
DN 6 Motion may temporarily close access to the simulators for events or off-site services.
These closures will be communicated in advance via our website or email.

If these closures exceed 3 consecutive days within a single month:

• For monthly subscribers: a credit or rescheduling option may be offered.

• For 6-month subscribers: the validity period may be fairly extended.

4. TERMS OF USE
Subscriptions are strictly personal and non-transferable.
Compliance with safety instructions is mandatory.
Access may be denied to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior or under the influence of substances impairing abilities.

5. CHANGES TO OFFERS
Prices and plans may be subject to future changes.
Monthly subscribers will be notified 30 days prior to any price changes.
6-month subscriptions remain valid without changes until the end of their term.

6. SUSPENSION & CANCELLATION

➤ Monthly Subscription
Can be canceled at any time via the customer portal or by email.
No refunds for the current month.

➤ 6-Month Subscription
Cannot be suspended, except in cases of force majeure or medical reasons (with proof).
If accepted, the subscription period may be exceptionally extended.

7. LIABILITY
DN 6 Motion is not responsible for accidents resulting from failure to follow safety rules.
In case of a technical issue, a replacement session will be offered free of charge.

8. PERSONAL DATA
Collected data is used to manage your subscription and for communication purposes.
You may request access, modification, or deletion of your data at any time.

9. DISPUTES
Any disputes are subject to Belgian law. In case of disagreement, the courts at the registered office of DN 6 Motion have jurisdiction, unless otherwise stipulated by consumer protection laws.
